Edward P. "Ned" Perlman is the resident partner in Magavern Magavern Grimm LLP’s office in Niagara Falls, New York, his hometown. He is a veteran trial attorney who handles civil litigation, construction law and personal injury cases, as well as municipal and commercial litigation.
Mr. Perlman has recovered millions of dollars for clients who suffered personal injuries. He has also represented various insurance companies for more than 20 years and has considerable trial experience in this area of practice.
Having served as Niagara County Attorney, as well as chief negotiator for both municipal employers and public employee unions, Mr. Perlman is a highly regarded municipal attorney in areas such as election law, PERB matters and lawsuits involving municipalities and public officials.
In the area of commercial law, Mr. Perlman has represented numerous contractors in construction industry claims, as well as shareholders, partners and small business owners in general matters.
He is admitted to practice in all New York State courts.
A resident of Lewiston, New York, he has served as trustee of Niagara Falls Public Library and the Boards of the YMCA, YWCA, and Mount St. Mary's Hospital Foundation.
