Mr. Soos is an experienced attorney admitted to practice in New York and Florida, and he regularly assists clients with multi state estate planning and administration matters. He has represented clients in a wide range of matters, including estate administration, estate planning, and the preparation of wills, trusts, and advance directives. He advises clients on asset protection strategies, Medicaid planning, and long-term care planning. In addition, he represents clients in Article 81 guardianship and Article 17-A guardianship proceedings.
