Edward J. Murphy, III is a partner in the Buffalo, New York law firm of Magavern Magavern Grimm LLP. He concentrates his practice in personal injury and business litigation, and represents clients in commercial and residential real estate actions and litigation.
In the area of municipal law, he handles all matters including labor, zoning, planning, land use regulation and litigation.
Mr. Murphy has more than 25 years of trial experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury and business litigation matters. His experience includes cases involving products liability, labor law, premises liability, and motor vehicle accidents. He has additional experience in contract negotiation and litigation, insurance coverage, and environmental litigation.
Mr. Murphy has significant experience representing municipalities. He currently serves as Village Attorney for the Village of Hamburg, New York.
