Alexandra W. Daniels is an associate attorney in the Buffalo, NY law firm of Magavern Magavern Grimm, LLP. She concentrates her practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Trust and Estates administration, Health Care Law, Civil Law and Corporate Law.
Ms. Daniels has experience and has represented clients in a variety of matters including: Mental Hygiene Law proceedings under Articles Nine (9), Thirty-Three (33), and Eighty-One (81) in connection with retention proceedings, treatment over objection applications, and guardianship proceedings; Trusts & Estates proceedings in Surrogate’s Court; and Criminal proceedings.
Prior to joining Magavern Magavern Grimm, Ms. Daniels worked as Assistant Director for Program Development for Project Interchange, an institute of the American Jewish Committee. Previously, she worked as an Assistant District Attorney for the Erie County District Attorney’s Office, with a focus on domestic violence and sex crimes.
Ms. Daniels is admitted to practice in all New York State Courts.
Ms. Daniels is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County.
Ms. Daniels received her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law and has a BA in Anthropology from Arizona State University.
